Leigh Allison
Leigh Allison (They/Them) is a Texas based dancer. From Beaumont, Texas, they have trained in the styles of ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, gymnastics, and many others. They have been dancing for over 10 years starting at their original dance studio City Dance Center in Beaumont, Texas. They have gotten their training from Jacey Garcia, Danri Fondren, and Emmanuel Washington.
Leigh has been in various dance workshops at AMDA where they are currently going to school. They have been in works by Nic Thompson (“Dose”, “Drumline”), Ramon Galindo (“Crunchy Granola”, “Dancing Man”), George Nieves (“Push it Baby!”, “Hey Mamasita”), Stephanie Eve Parker (“Blackbird”), and Ariel Seidman-Wright (“Superstition”).
Leigh has gotten their professional training at AMDA New York and graduated in 2023. Leigh sees the value in getting exposure from both coasts when it comes to the performing arts industry. They have experience in both the musical theater and commercial styles of performing. Leigh has experienced how helpful it is to have both sides of training. Additionally, they have worked with notable names in the dance industry such as Christina Grady and Rosero McCoy.

Leigh Allison loves puzzles, scary movies, and Strawberry Shortcake. They want to one day start a YouTube series where they review movies that they are a fan of. (It's mostly horror movies!)
They are the oldest of 4 children and have two moms.
Leigh loves animals of all kinds, big and small! They want to one day have two pet sugar gliders!
